Over fifty Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit Littles participated in a chance of a lifetime as they joined Detroit Lions All-Pro Defensive tackle and former Rookie of the Year Ndamukong Suh for the 2013 Ndamukong Suh Football Camp presented by Sunny D.

Exercises, tackles, sprints and football fundamentals were just a few of the activities our Littles experienced during the ProCamps Ndamukong Suh Football Camp! ProCamps Worldwide brings together hundreds of youth across the country to participate in their camps with professional athletes and locally ProCamps Worldwide partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit for the second year in a row.

"We're excited to work with ProCamps Worldwide and Ndamukong Suh for the second year in a row," said LaRon Evans, Sports Buddies 2.0 Program Coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit. "Promoting life skills, character development and teamwork through sports gives young people a greater sense of self and helps promote healthier lifestyle choices for years to come."

Campers joined Coach Suh and other coaches and Detroit Lions players for 7 hours of instruction and fun participating in various stations specializing in the fundamental skills of football. Each camper received a limited edition Ndamukong Suh Camp t-shirt, along with an exclusive camp team photo with Suh and an authentic autograph.

Thank you to Ndamukong Suh and ProCamps for providing our Littles with the chance of a lifetime! Another special thank you to Aaron's for donating Kindles for our mentoring programs!
